Priory Country Park
Fishing open to all, water sports through Priory Water sports Association. Bird-watching hides, guided walks and talks programme. Visitor centre, warden service and disabled facilities.
All weather path around main line suitable for buggies and wheel chairs. Superb wood carvings around park and a labyrinth to explore.
Park has Sustrans Route 51 cycle path running through it. Cycle hire available. Group guided walks available (pre booking required). Kite flying field. Three self led way marked trails.

By Road:
From the M1 at junction 13 take the A421 to Bedford. Follow the southern by pass to the A6 and follow A6 towards the town centre. Follow signs for A428 Cambridge and Priory Country Park is clearly signed.
From the A1 at Sandy, follow the A603 into Bedford. At the junction with Bedford by pass take the fourth exit into Priory Business Park and look for country park sign. From here visitors need to make their way across the park to the visitor centre and other facilities.

Priory Country Park is a Green Flag park and has just been awarded it for the eighth year. Park rangers on duty 364 days a year 9-5pm (Sept to June) 7.30-9pm (June-Sept)
