Georgian Grade I listed country house (1791) - the architect was Sir John Soane, for Godfrey Thornton, Governor of the Bank of England and cousin of William Wilberforce. Grounds landscaped by Humphry Repton 1791 to 1811. Public guided house tours all year, Sunday and Monday at 1430. Group visits by arrangement. Tea rooms open every day, with licensed restaurant available for private group dining.

By Road:
Turn left at Sandy roundabout onto A603 to Bedford after 1.5 miles you enter Moggerhanger. Travel 0.25 miles past the Guinea public house and turn left into Park Road. Two hundred yds down Park Road you will see the gates.

By Public Transport:
From Sandy station it is 3.5 miles to Moggerhanger Park. Take the M3 bus from the market place in Sandy. 12 minute journey plus 12 minute walk.
