Needham Lake and Nature Reserve

A surfaced pathway that goes around the lake and through a local nature reserve enables all visitors to enjoy the wildlife and peaceful nature of the site. There are large picnic areas either side of the River Gipping, which flows through the site, and play equipment for children. Permits are needed for fishing and model boating. Regular guided walks and activities for children take place all year round. Toilets are available and staff are present on site most days.
