Bircham Windmill
Bircham Windmill has been fully restored. Visitors can climb to the very top and see all the machinery in the Windmill Museum. Adjoining the mill is the original bakery which we still use today. We bake bread, cakes and scones for sale daily and we bake all our own produce for the tearooms - specialities include clotted cream teas. The tearooms all serve hot lunches. Outside we have lots of animals to cuddle, pony rides on special days, sheep milking displays at 2pm every afternoon and cheese making most Saturdays. Sheep cheese available for sale in the shop. We also offer cycle hire, a gift shop, gallery and children's play area. There are regular events throughout the season, please check website for details. Why not stay at Bircham Windmill? We have a self-contained holiday cottage on site which sleeps 4, a hand built Shepherds Hut sleeping 2 and campsite.
