Educational Visits at Shepreth Wildlife Park
Wildlife park home to tigers, lynx, monkeys, otters and wolves to name a few. We offer complimentary education sessions to every school that books a visit, with all courses tailored to meet specification, covering aspects of the National Curriculum and complementing QCA Schemes of Work. Our education session is interspersed with 'hands-on' and 'face-to-face' interaction with many of the park's animal characters. The talks cover 'Is it Alive?', Animal Characteristics, Habitat and Adaptation with specific reference to our own British Wildlife. We look at recycling and how we can help our own habitat and environment. All the children receive a badge and Rhino Ranger certificate at the end of the session.
