Minsmere by Brin Edwards SWLA  Sea Pictures Gallery

Situated in Clare, the Suffolk Village of the Year 2010, in a Grade II listed Georgian property, Sea Pictures Gallery has something for everyone. We specialize in marine art and bring together in our exhibitions works from artists based in mid and West Wales; West and South West of Sweden and from the whole of East Anglia. We stock a range of books and cards produced by our gallery artists as well as jewellery. We stock work from members of the Royal Society of Marine Artists; The Wapping Group; The East Anglian Group of Marine Artists; The South Wales Potters Association.

Well behaved children are welcome - we have toys and drawing paper to entertain them. Dogs, assuming they are not dripping wet or covered in mud, are also welcome.

The village of Clare is full of independent shops as well as being home to the Public Open Space of the Year 2010 - Clare Country Park. We have an Ancient House Museum; a Wool Church; an Augustinian Priory; Roman remains and several pubs and eateries. It is a place with something for everyone and makes an excellent day out destination.
