Woburn Heritage CentreWoburn Heritage Centre

The Heritage Centre houses an accredited museum of local history, completely refurbished in 2008 with the help of a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. There is also a tourist information point covering Bedfordshire and surrounding counties. The centre specialises in walk leaflets, maps and books and publishes 8 circular walks based on Woburn. Also for sale is a selection of cards, pottery and gifts. The centre is a charitable trust run entirely by volunteers and is open from Easter to Oct. Admission is free.

By Road:
Woburn Heritage Centre is set back from Bedford Street in the Churchyard. From Jct 13 of the M1 follow signs to Woburn. On entering the village, turn left at T-Jct onto Bedford Street. The centre is 200m on the right. For free car park continue up Bedford Street. Take the first left to the car park.
