By Road:
From A11. Take B1063 out of Newmarket towards Clare. Turn right at the 1st crossroads after the Cheveley 40mph speed restriction. Continue up the High Street, past the church. Property is 4th house on the left past the church.
By Public Transport:
3 miles Newmarket. Turn right out of the station and right at the T junction, going under the railway bridge. Continue without turning off for 2.5 miles, till you come to the 40 mile speed sign in Cheveley.
