Discover the fascinating lives of our animals at the daily feeding talks. Look, learn and play in our fun-packed Discovering Centre and meet some of our smaller residents at the animal encounter talks.

Climb aboard our Safari Roadtrain for an exciting journey around Africa Alive! and see how many amazing animals you can spot from your carriage!

Experience the plains of Africa - an awe-inspiring presentation of the African Savannah, where the animals roam freely together as they do in the wild!! Get up close and personal with our Rhinos, Giraffes and Zebras! Join one of our senior keepers on the Plains of Africa Safari Experience for a personal guided tour and an unforgettable experience amongst the animals of 'The Plains of Africa'! (additional charge for safari experience, book on day of visit)

Encounter the 'King of the Jungle' and enjoy a stunning bird's-eye view of the lions domain from Lookout Lodge. Leave the plains of Africa for a moment and head for the farmyard. Children will love to feed and stroke the animals. And if you're feeling brave, visit the scary lizards and bats in the house next door.

Lemur Encounters - an innovative addition to Africa Alive! where the wildlife can't wait to meet you! Come and be captivated by our beautiful lemurs. Experience their incredible antics asyou walk through their wooded enclosure. They won't fail to bring a smile to your face and they'll ensure that a truely magical experience is had by all!
