On the stunning north Norfolk coast, Titchwell Marsh is one of the RSPB's most popular reserves. It has something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned birdwatchers on the lookout for a rarity. Hundreds of thousands of migrating birds pass through in spring and autumn, many spending winter here, giving you an unrivalled opportunity to see many species of ducks, waders, seabirds and geese. In spring and summer, Titchwell is home to the RSPB's emblem bird, the avocet; this rare wader has nested on the lagoons since 1984.
