Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve

One of the finest nature reserves in Essex, with 125 acres of woodlands and lakes by the Colne estuary. Superb nature trails and 8 hides. Many species of birds and insects and wild flowers flourish here. Regular special events. Conservation centre with displays, shop, observation tower and panoramic windows. A registered charity. Groups of 10 or more must book in advance. Coach parking available. Tea and coffee (advanced notice required). Toilets and bird hides available for people with disabilities.
