Spacious, relaxed, character en-suite accommodation in barn conversion. Cosy and warm. Barn house Bed and Breakfast is situated in the North West Norfolk village of Dersingham, adjacent to the Royal Sandringham estate. The lovely, spacious, all en-suite apartment rooms each with its own private entrance are in a barn conversion and offer warm, relaxed, welcoming and totally private accommodation year-round for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and those touring the area. A sofa, armchair and desk in each room together with photography and original artwork of local scenes are sure to make your stay a most comfortable and memorable one. Each en-suite bathroom has a corner bath and shower. The double room offers a king-size double bed. Both rooms have an extra double sofa-bed if required. There is plenty of safe, off-road parking (some under cover), secure under cover facilities for cycles and a drying room. Extensive beach, woodland and countryside walks are available, many direct from the front door. Sandringham visitor centre is only 40 mins walk across heathland and through woodland; the country park has hundreds of acres to explore. The beach (2.5 miles) has an RSPB bird reserve and from October to Feb is home to tens of thousands of pink-footed geese. Barn house is just one mile from the SusTrans cycle route and the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path are a short drive away.
