• Prices (per unit per week for normal occupancy)

  Rentals commence, unless otherwise notified, at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure.
  Weekend breaks are for 3 nights from Friday to Sunday inclusive.
  Midweek breaks are for 4 nights from Monday to Thursday inclusive
  Week breaks are for 7 nights from either Friday to Thursday or Monday to Sunday inclusive, subject to availability.
