Cople is in the very north eastern part of the community forest. In this area, where there is good quality agricultural land, the main aim will be to improve and plant more hedgerows. The Forest Team will also work with local people on other projects such as Rights of Way improvements and a village nature reserve.

Start/Finish Point: The suggested start is from the village church; All Saints in Cople, this is a circular walk.

How to get there by car/parking: Cople is situated three miles to the east of Bedford, just off the A603. The suggested starting point of the walk is from All Saints Church, Cople. The church is situated in the centre of the village, and a limited amount of off road parking is available adjacent to the church grounds. Further car parking is available at the Five Bells Public House opposite the church.
