Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool during the summer months and eat meals at local pubs and restaurants. Situated in the heart of the Broads, visitors can take trips along the waterways go fishing, sailing, bird watching and take part in numerous other activities that the Broads have to offer.

From A1151 north east from Norwich. In Hoveton, turn right onto A1062, 2 miles to Horning, right into Lower Street, continue through village. Past Swan Inn, New Inn and Petersfield Hotel.

By Public Transport:
From Wroxham - 2 miles No suitable public transport but there are buses to Stalfham regularly that go along A1062 past Horning. Possible to walk easily from bus stops if not carrying luggage.
