Details
River sleeps up to ten guests and just as the name suggests, sits alongside the River Yare in the Norfolk Broads. Detached and affording a waterside position, this modern spacious holiday home has five bedrooms and benefits from having private mooring for a guests boat, along with good opportunities for fishing from the riverbank (when in season).
Nestling amongst its own enclosed garden with plenty of lawn space for relaxing and patio for Alfresco dining, Riverview is an ideal choice for larger groups of friends and families who want to holiday together. It also benefits from being within easy walking distance (800 yards) to the village pub, which is well known for serving good food.
Norfolk is the perfect place to visit if you are looking to escape the pressures of everyday life. Around every corner you will find pretty villages with historic churches, miles of beautiful unspoilt beaches, rolling countryside with rivers teeming with wildlife and relaxed towns and a city offering wonderful shops and tempting cafes and restaurants.
Bramerton is a small village, located south east of Norwich on the River Yare. The network of quiet country lanes and footpaths offer walking and cycling from the front door. You can hire a river boat locally and explore the expanse of the Norfolk Broads waterways, which are a haven for wildlife and offer plenty of opportunity to visit the many riverside inns.
There is a RSPB nature reserve nearby and Riverview is within easy driving distance of Norfolk's finest coastline with many of its widest sandy beaches backed with dunes and traditional seaside resorts. The city of Norwich is just five miles away and offers shopping, cafes, restaurants, a market place, cathedral, theatre, castle museum, cinema, leisure complex with indoor swimming pool.
This is an ideal location to explore the wealth of activities and place of interest throughout the delightful counties of both Norfolk and Suffolk.
The property also benefits from a hot tub outside to the rear of the property situated at the top of the garden
