Brook House is a Four Star Silver Award bed and breakfast offering three twin en-suite rooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with our guests in mind. Each room has a well stocked hospitality tray, comfortable seating, television, radio/alarm clock and hairdryer. There is an iron and ironing board available upon request. Wireless internet access is also available. Each en-suite has a selection of complimentary toiletries to enhance the enjoyment of staying at Brook House. Packed lunches can be supplied. An evening meal (usually the meal of the house) can also be provided, if told in advance. There is a separate dining room for our guests and a large lounge. There is a well stocked bookcase with a truly eclectic range of titles, along with a wide selection of CDs. We do not allow smoking in the house but we do provide ashtrays in the garden. We like our guests to arrived between 2 & 4 pm and depart at 10 am. However, these times are flexible if told in advance. There is ample private parking, as we are situated on a private road which looks on to Beeston Common.
