The single storey cottage, which has its own sunny enclosed and private sitting out area, is set within the owners seven acre grounds to which there is free access.

Pippins offers quality traditionally furnished, well appointed accommodation within a peaceful rural setting, comprising one double and one single bedroom and a spacious sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove for winter nights. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven/grill and hob, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Other amenities include flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Radio/cd player. Full central heating, hot water and electricity are included at no extra cost; bed linen and towels are included. Free WIFI available. Friday to Friday or short breaks (Friday to Monday 3 nights or Monday to Friday 4 nights). Arrival between 3.00 and 6.30 pm normally and departures by 10 am. Ample private parking. Children and one pet also welcome.

From Norwich, take the B 1150 towards North Walsham and proceed via Crostwick and Horstead to Coltishall which is adjacent to Horstead.

Once you have gone over the bridge at Coltishall (you will see on your right the Island Garage), follow the road round to the left into the High Street.

At the end of the High Street, take the left hand fork marked "By-way to Little Hautbois" whereupon you will immediately see the Great Hautbois village sign.

Proceed for about 300 metres and take the first turning on the right which is Seven Acres Lane. Follow the lane for approximately a further 300 metres over the railway bridge - Seven Acres House is on the right-hand side.

Proceed down the drive, pass through the second gate (ignoring the private sign) and park in the courtyard to the back/left of the house - we will come out to meet you.
