This pretty Grade 2 Listed cottage has been lovingly renovated to create a wonderful holiday home. Just a 5 minute stroll from the thriving market town centre of Aylsham, with a fantastic selection of independent shops and places to eat. Perfectly located for city, coast and country walks, being just 20 mins drive from the stunning north Norfolk coast and 30 minutes from Norwich.

28 Millgate has a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a dining table that seats four and everything you’ll need for your self catering stay.

There are 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a single which is perfect for little ones. Both double rooms have hanging space and drawers, hairdryers and heat mats, and there’s and iron and small board. The single room has hanging space and a trunk.

The spacious bathroom has a traditional free-standing corner shower bath and luxury toiletries are supplied.

We have a travel cot, highchair, baby bath, changing mat, lots of toys and baby gates at the top and bottom of stairs if needed.

The cottage is dog friendly, and a secure garden awaits, plus plenty of spare leads, collars and poo bags! There’s a handy boot room at the back of the cottage, perfect for sandy toes and muddy paws.

As with all old cottages, it has its quirks, but we’ve embraced them to make a cosy and comfortable home.
