Our two spacious guest rooms have been tastefully decorated to a high standard and thoughtfully furnished with very comfortable beds.
Each room has a modern en-suite shower room.

Your breakfast experience is very important to us. There is a private breakfast room for guests. On sunny days breakfast can be taken in our delightful courtyard garden.

All food is locally sourced where possible and cooked to order. Select from our extensive English Breakfast menu or choose one of our delicious house specials.

Situated in the heart of Aldeburgh, in a quiet but central location, we are just a few minutes walk from the High Street and the sea.

Breakfast

Your breakfast experience is very important to us. We don’t expect you to decide in the evening how early you will wake up or how hungry you will be the next morning! Come down anytime between 8:00 and 9:30am and enjoy coffee, made from freshly ground beans, or a pot of tea.

Fruit salad is freshly prepared every morning and the bread is and homemade. A variety of muesli, granola and other cereals is available and we have a lovely selection of jams from our local farm shop. We always use high quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.

Since opening in August 2010, we have gained a good reputation for our breakfasts which we were proud to showcase at the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival.
