Nestled in a rural setting with views across open countryside, but only a short drive from all amenities, are our 2 characterful barn conversions.

Pheasant Barn, is our 1 bedroom barn with a vaulted ceiling and a living dining area with French doors leading to your own private patio and garden.

Partridge Barn is our 2 bedroom barn, with the addition of a mezzanine area in the vaulted ceiling amongst the many character beams. French doors lead to your own private patio and garden area.

Both barns have fully fitted bathrooms with shower over bath. The kitchens have hobs, ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Both barns have patio furniture and BBQ.

Situated just south of the medieval city of Norwich, Alborough House is perfectly situated to explore all Norfolk and Suffolk has to offer. Within an hour is the spectacular North Norfolk coastline, with seaside towns such as Wells and Cromer. Also within reach is the Queens Christmas residence at Sandringham. Great Yarmouth is a great thrill seeking day out and the Broads are easily accessed for a day messing about on the water! Suffolk has the coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh, which are as famous for their fish and chips as they are the pretty beach huts and interesting shops. For those wishing to pamper themselves, Dunston Hall is 5 miles away with its Spa, for those who enjoy golf can also be found at Dunston Hall and Barnham Broom, slightly further afield.
