Amherst House is a lovely 2-3 bedroom cottage (sleeping 4-7 guests). The cottage interior is smart and contemporary. Guests enter from the courtyard, or directly through the patio doors that open onto views of the woodland. The generous ground floor living space comprises a useful lobby area, with plenty of room for coats and shoes, a huge and airy kitchen/diner, with further patio doors opening onto a Juliette balcony, a comfortable living room with attractive furnishings, a ground floor shower room with over sized shower and sensor lighting. Upstairs the space has been cleverly used. The two bedrooms (one twin room and one double) have ample storage and quirky triangular windows. There is a further family bathroom, with bath and over bath shower. Finally, leading on from the double bedroom is a bonus room which is ideal for a cot and has a single bed.
The cottage boasts contemporary luxuries in the form of a flat screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, along with a wine chiller, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine with the usual appliances in the fully fitted kitchen.
