Rooms.
King size bed with en-suite . Well behaved dogs are welcome on request in this room only.
Twin singles / Super king. The beds are zip and link 3′ single beds which when linked together become a super king size bed. For single guests paying single occupancy rate the bed will be made up as a single. For double occupancy the guests can have them linked together if they wish. This room does have its own shower and toilet, it is not en- suite but it is just opposite the room. This is not a dog friendly room.
Family room. This is a large room and has a king size bed and a sofa bed which pulls out to a double so it can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is also free use of a travel cot and bedding in this room. We also have a booster chair in the breakfast room. This is not a dog friendly room.
Guests have their own entrance into a small guests kitchen where they have shared use of a fridge, microwave and toaster. There are plates, glasses and cutlery for guests to use. This facility has proven to be popular with our guests.
There is plenty of room for parking up to 3 cars.

We are 2 miles from lovely Halesworth and its lovely amenities. It is very central for your exploration of beautiful Suffolk. Only 20 minutes from the coast and popular places such as Southwold and Walberswick.
There is no shortage of walks to be found plus the roads are quiet for cyclists and we are on the no. 1 cycle route of Britain.
