Cosy sofas surround the large brick inglenook in the sitting room where Katherine offers guests tea & cake on arrival. Breakfasts are served in the sunny morning room and a full cooked breakfast comes highly recommended. Upstairs the traditionally furnished bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and have period furniture in keeping with the farmhouse. The two acre garden has an ancient Bay tree and a weeping willow by the pond. Take a walk up the lane and experience the amazing sunsets. Situated 1.5 miles east of Framlingham, we are ideally situated for exploring the many delights of Suffolk; the coast is just 15 miles away.
