Broadlands Park & Marina

You’ll find a friendly atmosphere at the family-owned and run Broadlands Park & Marina where our concern is your comfort, relaxation, and well-being. Situated in 8 acres of landscaped lawns running down to the waters of Oulton Broad, our cozy brick bungalows, luxurious modern lodges, and static caravans offer the ideal accommodation to discover the forgotten Broad and surrounding area. Our Leisure Centre with an indoor pool and sauna is the perfect place to relax, and Moss & Co Broadlands Bar & Restaurant, overlooking the water, serves delicious home-cooked food and has Wi-Fi connection.

The marina offers boat mooring and slipway facilities; however, day boats are no longer available for hire to explore the waterways.

The sandy beach of Lowestoft is only minutes away, and the area offers lots of attractions and things to do.

Some of our Brick Bungalows have their own outdoor hot tub on their decked area, attractively fenced for full privacy – the ideal way to relax, winter or summer, day or night. However, please note that hot tubs are no longer available.
