Coach House And Stables | Visit East of England

The Coach House has ground floor accommodation with wide doorways. The front door leads into the large south facing sitting room with elevations into the high roof and large windows to catch the sun. The double comfy sofa bed offers additional sleeping space.

The huge bedroom offers flexible arrangements for two in twin or super-king sized bed. En-suite bathroom with large corner bath and hand shower, hand basin and toilet.

The kitchen is in the original coach house off the sitting room and offers a spacious cooking area and dining room. There is storage for luggage.

The Stables front door leads to the staircase and first floor bedrooms with twin or super-king bed and a king bed. En-suite bathrooms have toilet, hand basin, power shower or bath with shower. Bedrooms have large cupboards for clothes and luggage storing.

The ground floor hallway leads into the sitting/dining room and on to the kitchen. The west facing, fully insulated, glass windows from floor to roof level makes the sitting room and bedroom above very bright with views over the courtyard and gardens. The original high hayloft doors now provide additional windows.

Floors are either pine, oak or Italian ceramic tiles throughout with attractive rugs. Televisions have DVDs. Kitchens are fully equipped and have dishwasher and fridge. The shared utility/laundry has tall freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer plus separate downstairs toilet. Both cottages have access to this through private doors. We have a No smoking policy throughout. Parking is in the large courtyard.
