Ideally located to enjoy local attractions & explore the surrounding unspoilt Suffolk Coast. Outside: Small courtyard garden with bistro table, BBQ (use in summer only), shared parking for 1 car. First Floor: Double bedroom, new bathroom with power shower. Second Floor: Steep modern stairs leading to twin bedroom with panoramic views. Facilities: Central heating, games, toaster, kettle, iron, BBQ, hairdryer, kettle, parking, linen & towels included, heating. Shops, pubs & restaurants: 50yds. Although there are no objections to children or pets we feel that our property may be unsuitable due to the nature of the small courtyard and very steep stairs to the second floor. A welcome pack is provided on the first day of your stay including 1 pint of milk, locally made bread, jam, cereal. We can also arrange reservations at local attractions or restaurants (pre-payment may be required). Prices from £230 to £360 per week, depending on season.
