Set on the edge of Dunwich forest overlooking the dingle marshes and short distant sea views we find ourselves in the perfect location to explore miles of beaches,nature reserves,unspoilt heathlands and historic coastal villages and towns.

our rooms are brand new and beautifully renovated to encapsulate the surroundings and 18th century newly re-thatched barn with exposed beams and Suffolk red brickwork with all the comforts you would expect from a boutique bed and breakfast such as free standing baths, Large walk in over head showers,underfloor throughout the ground floor rooms, Large wall mounted tvs, full sky package and access to netflix/apps and the strongest wi-fi in the area.

add to that a communal south facing walled courtyard and grand communal barn space filled with cosy sofa’s, books and games and highly regarded breakfast of your choice cooked by our head chef James.

we also offer two self catering holiday cottages avocet and little owl which are pet friendly so can truly cater to all of our guests needs.
