The head chef is passionate about local produce and the kitchen not only creates a daily changing menu for the restaurant using some of the best local producers but makes and supplies the village store, attached to the Dolphin Inn, with chutneys, jams, pies and pastries. As a free house the bar dispenses award winning real ales all sourced locally from independent producers including Adnams, Brandon brewery and Crouch Vale. We have developed an excellent wine list with wines sourced from some of the best cellars around the world featuring alongside a large selection of bourbons, single malts and port.
