Located just off the Coast Road in the middle of Brancaster Village, walking distance to the sprawling sands of Brancaster beach and next door to the highly-acclaimed gastro-pub The Ship. The properties are also walking distance to the village shop, post office & coffee shop, social club and park, with large playground including a football pitch and tennis courts.

This is an ideal location to explore all that the North Norfolk coast can offer from Hunstanton to Wells Next to the Sea and Cromer.

Duffields House is an Enjoy England Four Star Gold awarded luxury four bedroom holiday house which sleeps up to 8 people and retains a sense of heritage, but with luxurious living suited to today’s lifestyle.

Duffields Cottage is a purpose built holiday cottage with two king size en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people, and a light and airy fully equipped open-plan living area complete with vaulted ceiling and log burner.

Duffields House & Cottage can be rented independently or together for larger get togethers, sleeping up to a maximum of 12 people.
Both the House and Cottage are a Friday changeover (or Monday for short breaks outside of school holidays).
