Dutch Cottage

Dutch Cottage is a cute and quirky cottage sat on the water’s edge in the heart of Horning on the Norfolk Broads.

Built in 1934, in the traditional Dutch barn shape that has been completely renovated throughout, it’s light, airy and homely inside and French doors opening out to the garden and the water beyond. Situated in a tranquil location on a basin just off the main River Bure, but with the main river in view, so you can still sit and watch the world go by. There’s plenty of river frontage for fishing, and plenty of garden for soaking up the sunshine and relaxing. Large patio area which is gated also to keep those little one’s away from the water.

Just a short walk to all the amenities in Horning, including pubs, cafes, village shops, deli and restaurants. The Broadland town of Wroxham, ‘Capital of the Broads’ is just a 5 minute drive away.
