As the name ‘The Hideaway’ suggests, it is well suited for a romantic break away by the seaside or for a small family or two couples.
The first-floor apartment accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms (one king size bed and one twin). It has a kitchen/dining room with a small glimpse of the sea, a separate living room, a family bathroom, and has wireless broadband access.
The front door leads to a lobby area with room to store coats and boots and there’s a staircase to the first floor.
Living room: A lovely room with a large bay window and a window seat (perfect for ‘people watching’ along the High Street), a medium sofa, armchair and footstool, a gas fire for extra warmth in the winter months, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Sky ‘Freesat’, an Ipod docking station, and coffee table.
Kitchen/Dining room: This room has a fitted kitchen, a wooden table with four chairs and terracotta floor tiles. Integrated appliances include a full size dishwasher, electric fan oven with grill and gas hob, a washer/dryer machine, and a microwave. There’s a Krups espresso coffee maker and a glimpse of the sea through the window.
Bedroom 1: With a king-size bed, bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small flat screen TV. The two sash windows are tastefully dressed with roman blinds.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, a central bedside table and roman blinds.
Family bathroom: This white tiled room has a bath with a good size shower over it plus an additional hand-held shower attachment, a hand basin, w.c. and towel radiator.
On-road parking is usually available in nearby side streets.
