We believe that getaways should be extraordinary, which is why we focus as much on the experience as we do on the house.

We combine all of the convenience of a self-catering holiday along with the facilities you’d expect from a boutique hotel.

Hill House sleeps 21-25 guests across 10 bedrooms- and standing at a whopping 6,500 square feet, we have a space for all of your needs.

Inside the Manor, there’s beds for 21 people (with 4 more we can put up)-including our new Butler’s Bedroom #10, a choice of two lounges, a glamorous dining room (that seats 26) and the relaxed dine in kitchen. We have a retro games room complete with Sega Rally 2 and lots of original arcade games all set to free-play.

There is also an integrated audio/ video throughout and lots of surprises – including library bar and drop down 10ft cinema screen.

Outside, our 3 acres comes with a coloured tennis court with basketball hoops at either end and an outdoor table tennis table.

There’s a football goal, croquet and all of the rackets, bats and balls that you will need and next to our sun longing deck is a large hot tub.

For al fresco cooking and dining we have a creative swing-grill BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven and tables and seating for everyone.
