A warm welcome with an elegant period atmosphere awaits you at this early 18thC house in a picturesque rural setting.
Holly Lodge
Beautifully and sympathetically restored 18thC house and cottages in a picturesque setting behind an apple orchard and grounds of 1 acre. Fully beamed, flagstone floors and inglenook fireplace. Close to the famous Thursford Museum, Walsingham, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park and the stunning North Norfolk Coast. The 3 en-suite guest cottages which are set adjacent to the main house have been carefully created from the former stable block where in years gone by pilgrims have rested on their way to the shrines of nearby historic Walsingham. Each cottage is luxuriously appointed and refurbished in individual style. Country Cottage with its old world period charm, Colonial Cottage with its nostalgic empire influences and Claret Cottage with its romantic medieval sumptuous setting and grand four-poster. A pampering home cooked breakfast using homemade and local produce is served in the splendid dining rooms surrounded by our eclectic collections of wonderful artefacts, antiques and paintings or simply relax in the peaceful conservatory private guest lounge overlooking the lovely gardens with its prairie and Mediterranean borders and sundeck by the wildlife pond. We look forward to welcoming you to share our beautiful and stylish home, where we are sure you will return time and again to enjoy this unique experience.
