A modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a washing machine/dryer, a mini dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The two double bedrooms have each a double bed, a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a bedside table and/or a chest drawer & a reading lamp. The lounge/diner has a new comfortable reclining sofa, a flat screen smart TV that includes Netflix and Youtube to watch your favourite programmes or movies, and a dining table that seats 4 people. A selection of complimentary toiletries is available for guests and fresh towels and bedding/linen for bedrooms are provided. Outside there is a small patio with a swinging bench and a designated smoking area. There are outside cameras for security purposes.
