Set in the beautiful village of Buxton in the heart of Norfolk. Jasmin Cottage is the perfect peaceful getaway. This holiday retreat is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one and can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms.
Jasmin cottage was built in 1828 and when you go through the doors you go back in time. A large brick fireplace with wood burner, for cosy night in, low wooden doors and white wash walls.
We have added some modern touches to the cottage with stylish sofa with cushions and throws and 50-inch smart TV equipped with all the apps, Netflix and other channels available with you own login.
At the back of the cottage, you will find the well-equipped kitchen. With electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs/stools for four people.
From the kitchen you will find the stairs which take you to the first floor. The stairs are steep and winding and may not suit people with mobility issues.
Off the landing you will find the first bedroom with two single 3-foot beds with shared bedside table, lamp and a wardrobe with hanging space, sloping ceiling. Further along the landing is the family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and sink. Then you get to the second bedroom at the front of the cottage. This room has a standard double 4’6 nickel metal bedstead, bedside table and reading laps each side, dressing table, draws, full length mirror and some hanging space. You will not want to get out of bed once you have seen the views over the meadow and river.
At the back of the cottage is a small court yard garden with outside seating and BBQ.
The cottage is heated with radiators which are heated by the back boiler on the log burner. Electric heaters are also available if needed. All bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi (21 to 25Mbps) briquettes for wood burner are included as well as a welcome pack. Parking is on the road outside the cottage.
