Lavender Barn | Visit East of England

Lavender Barn offers spacious accommodation throughout including a sunroom (south west facing) leading onto a private secluded garden with an enclosed courtyard, making it child safe.

The outdoor barbecue/entertainment area has a large oak table to seat 10-12 people, a large log fire and a separate charcoal gated garden to the opposite side of the property which includes a large dog kennel.

Suitable for limited mobility guests with (2 x single beds) at ground floor and ramps at selected doorways and double door access. An n house wheelchair can be provided on request for convenience.

On entering the property Lavender Barn offers a large glazed entrance hall with a galleried landing and wooden oak staircase with dual handrails to aid limited mobility. There are child safety gates to the top of the stairs with an additional gate leading to the Walsingham room.

Aga cooking facility in kitchen plus additional kitchen with high speed ceramic hob and separate fan assisted oven.

There are three 43″ flat screen digital TV’s with freeview, additional TV’s in three of the bedrooms, a smaller TV in the Sun Room, a DVD layer, three I-pod docking stations and three stereo systems. All bedrooms have smoke alarms.

Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Two bedrooms share a spacious shower room.

For walkers and bird watchers there are long walking sticks and binoculars available. Upon request a supplementary two additional single guest beds can be provided.
