Park Farm Barns is a very impressive collection of individually styled and sympathetically converted barns situated on the edge of the village, close to the Sandringham Estate, Snettisham RSPB and only 4 miles from the resort of Hunstanton. Local hostelries/restaurants are within easy reach and the village centre offers everyday amenities which are just seconds by car or there is a pathway from Park Farm. Snettisham lies on a regular bus route to Hunstanton and King’s Lynn, the latter also having a train station with lines to the north and south to London. All in all, very accessible for those without transport.
There are two parking spaces in front of the property with attractive, enclosed stone terraced garden mainly lawned with garden furniture – perfect for eating al fresco!
Underfloor heating plus feature wood burning stove on the ground floor with gas central heating on the first floor makes the property totally cosy and comfortable at cooler times of the year.
