Five comfortably furnished bedrooms. Choice of staying in the house or our cottage located in the grounds. All rooms have private or en-suite bathrooms, colour television and a hospitality tray. Ample parking is provided for all guests.

Choose a full English breakfast from our varied menu, freshly cooked to order from local produce or select a vegetarian option. All are served in the dining room overlooking the garden.

Evening meals are available at an old world public house just 200 metres away, offering excellent pub food, good variety of choice and very reasonably priced.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but is permitted outside in the garden or patio area.

Norwich offers restaurants, cinemas, parks and excellent city centre shopping, with the new Chapelfield Shopping Mall & the well established Castle Mall. The city boasts many medieval buildings which include a Norman Castle & Keep, which is now a museum.

Championship golf course, driving range & leisure facilities available 1 mile away, 30 minutes drive to the Norfolk coastline.

Wroxham, the heart of Broadland, just 1½ miles down the road, where you can access the Norfolk Broads and arrange a boat for the day.
