Norfolk Coastal Cottages
You and your family are welcome to choose from several boutique holiday cottages at Norfolk Coastal Cottages on mYminibreak, where you can spend a restful vacation close to the ocean. All of our pet-friendly, self-catering cottages are conveniently situated within a 2-minute stroll of Heacham South Beach and its miles of open sand. When we renovated from a working dairy farm to a holiday resort, we made sure to keep the rustic charm of our farm roots intact, both in the decor of our rooms and in the relaxed vibe that permeates the entire property. Our location is dropped down from the road, making us secluded and protected from the sea breeze, preventing us from being overlooked, and offering the feeling of being far from the hustle and bustle of the local community, both of which were design goals when we were constructing this space for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. The convenience of our location on the North Norfolk Coast, close to popular destinations like Hunstanton and Sheringham as well as nature reserves like Wells-next-the-Sea and Cley, is Norfolk Coastal Cottages’ biggest selling point.
Our seaside retreat is also conveniently located within walking distance of eateries and pubs, so you can relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing without having to drive. We’re also not far from the Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which features salt marshes, sand dunes, and the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which make for excellent day trips.
A family of four will find plenty of room to stretch out in the comfortable surroundings of The Old Barn Self-Catering Cottage, a beautifully restored 2-bedroom self-catering cottage with a stylish double bedroom and a twin bed second bedroom. There is an open plan living area and kitchen downstairs, complete with modern conveniences and a central island perfect for gathering the family to prepare meals while on a luxury self-catering holiday. It’s a great place for friends and family to hang out and unwind together. If you’re planning on bringing along a large group, you may want to consider booking both The Old Barn Self Catering Cottage and the cosy Churnery B&B room, which are located right next to each other.
For larger families, we have The Dairy, our 3-bedroom cottage with its own private garden. The Dairy has a double master bedroom, with quirky windows looking out over the Norfolk countryside, in the evenings the sunset views are stunning. A triple children’s bedroom, with a funky bunk bed to keep the kids happy and comfortable. A single bedroom that is suitable for an adult or child with sea views. With a large family bathroom and showroom, the family will have an easy time getting ready for the day’s adventures. Downstairs there is a self-catering kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, with patio doors that lead to a sunset view garden with seating and a bbq. The Dairy is the perfect choice for larger families and their pets, giving you a comfortable home from home on the Norfolk Coast.
