North Norfolk Sticks | Visit East of England

North Norfolk Sticks is set in a remote rural location next to the farmhouse, down a farm track. It is surrounded by organically farmed land and in easy reach of the coast and local towns. Footpaths lead direct from the cottage into the countryside and the whole area is a bird watchers delight. Within walking distance are historic medieval woods which are closed to the public but a permit can be borrowed for access. The market towns of Fakenham and Holt are nearby and the coast is about eight miles away.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped two/three bedroom cottage (which sleeps 5/6 plus cot), entrance hall, dining room and sitting room. Central heating, automatic washing machine, TV, video, DVD player. Kitchen with modern cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a patio with a table and chairs. A large garden with a securely fenced wildlife pond, lots of children’s play equipment (swings, seesaw, football with net, swing ball, children’s croquet). For adults there is a croquet set and boules. Fully equipped summer house with gas heater, gas light, BBQ with charcoal supplied and further tables, chairs etc. Unlimited safe, off road parking and undercover space for bicycles, pushchairs etc.
