This fabulous home offers plenty of space, sleeping and seating up to 18. There’s also room for a few extra little ones if needed. The house, encircled by sheltered gardens, offers a Hot Tub, Games/Retreat/Business Room and a Massage Studio.

It’s ideal for groups between 10-18. (For single occupancy there’s space for 11.)

It’s a really flexible space with 11 individually styled bedrooms, 9 of which are en-suite. 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of those is a Studio for two, attached to the house but with a private entrance and just seconds from the main front door. Ideal for that extra bit of space and privacy.

King and super-king beds sleep 8 couples. (2 beds are zip & link) There are 3 single rooms. The Master Bedroom has superb sea views from a large picture window. This en-suite room is ideal as a family room or romantic hideaway for two.

A large multi -functional room offers a TV, gaming facilities, table tennis and general fun for families! For Health Retreats it’s a restful studio for daily yoga practice or similar and it’s ideal for Business Retreats too with table and chairs and PowerPoint use via the TV.

The dark wood flooring in the house contrasts beautifully with white walls and contemporary art work. The expansive L-shaped dining room has settees, a log burner and a table seating up to 18. With patio doors to the garden and the luxury of 2 kitchens, it’s a great party/entertainment space. The sitting room is light and bright with a comfy sofa and chairs, large TV/DVD and games cupboard.

Mundesley itself is a perfect little seaside resort. The main attraction, the Blue Flag Beach for families and miles of sand for dog walking. Close by, cafe’s, beach shops & mini golf. Gold Park offers modern play facilities for young ones as well as a skate park and basketball court for older children. There’s also a small supermarket, Post Office, pharmacy, butchers/deli, fruit & veg as well as art/gift shop and a lovely ladies clothes shop.

Equally Overcliff is a great base to explore further afield. Among the huge variety of experiences on offer, a trip to see Norfolk’s very own seal colonies is a real treat.
