Potash Barns lies at the heat of Suffolk in the sleep hamlet of Brundish.

We are 4 miles from the county town of Framlingham and just 12 miles from the gorgeous heritage coast.

We offer 3 high class 4 star rated self contained holiday homes in tastefully converted Grade II listed farm buildings.

We are a family business so children are especially welcome.

Dogs are welcome, but only in the Cart Lodge.

We have a Games Room for our guests to use that has a table tennis table, pool table and table football. In the gardens there is a play area which has a trampoline and some swings.

Claire, David and their three young children, Grace, Alice and Jessie are waiting to welcome you with their family pets (chickens and goats etc.)

Old Oak and Goat Willow Barns sleep 9 comfortably or can be switched into two separate dwellings. Each dwelling has two bedrooms with elm flooring with plenty of beams. The adjacent bathrooms have roll-top bath and toilets with shower. The oak staircases lead down to the ground floor with its spacious lounge/dining area. French doors lead into the decking area with BBQ and table and chairs. Each lounge has its own small but powerful wood-burner with dining table and TV. The open plan kitchen adjoins the lounge with Stoves range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.

The Cart Lodge stands on its own in the Potash Barns complex. We think it was original built in the 18th century. It has two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious lounge/dining area. The bathroom is equipped with both a walk in shower (very useful for the less mobile guests) and a deep Victorian bath. It has all the facilities that Old Oak and Goat Willow Barn has and more!
