In a secluded location in the heart of the village. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children + baby.

The property has a lovely enclosed garden with fruit trees and a summer house/children’s playhouse. There is parking for up to 3 cars and bikes may be stored in the lockable summer house.

The cottage has central heating and log fire. All fuel is included in the price. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both with WC. The sitting room has a television with Freeview and a DVD player and VHS recorder. There is also a CD player.

Heacham village has many useful shops within easy walking distance of the cottage, including butchers, fishmongers, bike hire, fish and chips, Chinese takeaway and pubs. The beach is about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by car or bicycle.
