Set in a tranquil rural setting overlooking open fields, it is an ideal location for The Norfolk Broad National Park, the bustling seaside town of Great Yarmouth is 15mls away, with the quiet county and seaside villages of North Norfolk are an easy drive. Both barns are fully equipped to a very high standard with all you will need for your holiday, with a Hot Tub each in their own private rear gardens. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday it is only a five-minute walk to a sandy safe beach. Several local Pubs, Restaurants and a shop are all an easy walk.

We have many bridleways and footpaths minutes from your door and most of the local lanes are designated as “Quiet Lanes”. There is an abundance of all types of birds and wildlife. Some guests have watched barn owls hunting over the field next door from their Hot Tub. With many RSPB and National Trust sites within easy reach, it is a perfect base for Bird Watchers, Photographers and Nature lovers.
