Situated close to all amenities. Close to Great Yarmouth’s race course and dog track and 2 minutes from the beach ( Dog Friendly ). 15 minutes walk into town and main seafront. Peace full place to stay away from the noisy arcades.I have 3 Double rooms. 1 Family Room ( Sleeps 3 )/Twin Room ( Sleeps 2 ) all rooms have en suites. I have free off road parking and secure parking for motor bikes and garage for cycles or mobility scooters. My bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. I have no ground floor bedrooms.
