Sandringham Cottage is in an idyllic location at the heart of the Norfolk Broads in Wroxham just a stone’s throw from the iconic Wroxham Bridge and beautiful river views over Wroxham Reach.

Externally the cottage has its own private garden area that is ideal for watching the world go by or fishing directly into the River Bure. Visitors also have access to the wider Peninsula site, a dedicated off road parking space and use of a private mooring suitable for a day boat right outside the cottage.

The cottage is fully double glazed, insulated and electrically heated for all year round use as an ideal base for all the Broads and Norfolk has to offer.

Internally there is a fully equipped kitchen, dual aspect living area with views directly over the River Bure, bathroom, double bedroom and twin room with views over Wroxham Bridge.

The cottage is about 15 miles from the coast and about 8 miles from the centre of Norwich. Apart from car access there are both train and bus services to the Wroxham.

A superb base for boating enthusiasts – bring your own dinghy or canoe and use this as a base or take advantage of the large skippered tour boats departing from behind the cottage or hire your own day boat from Wroxham. It is also a great base for cycling the Norfolk lanes.

For those just happy to relax in the private garden area there is always plenty of activity on the river to watch and abundant wild life with swans, geese, ducks and herons all seen on the river.
