Sandy Acres is in the northern end of town just 250 yards from the beautiful sandy beaches and boating lake. A short walk brings you to Britannia Pier, amusements, cinema, shows and main shopping area. Close by in the other direction, is the Racecourse with all the excitement of the track. Also nearby is the Great Yarmouth Stadium for Greyhound and Stock Car racing.

Locally, there is a good pub, post office with newsagents and general store, fish ‘n’ chip shop, kebab and pizza takeaway, launderette and hairdresser. Local buses stop almost on the doorstep.

All our spacious rooms have en-suite facilities and are equipped to a very high standard with TV, Freeview, complimentary drinks tray, hair dryer, safe, radio alarm clock and electric fan. Central heating offers optimum comfort throughout the year.

We have a full range of rooms catering for singles, doubles, twins, triples and families of up to five. Children of all ages are welcome with cots and high chairs available.
