Scoles Barn

Converted from a stable Scoles Barn is a comfortable, stylish detached holiday home.

For the holiday cook the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, full sized dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The boot room has a washer dryer and leads to a cloakroom with shower.

The open plan dining room leads to the sitting room with two leather sofas, TV and DVD player, music centre and feature electric fire. French doors lead out to the garden.

From the dining room the open plan stairs lead up to the bedrooms and family bathroom which has a full sized bath with Mira shower over, toilet, heated towel rail, hand wash basin with mirror and shaver point.

The two spacious bedrooms are both fully furnished each with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The main bedroom has a king sized bed while the second bedroom has twin beds.

Dersingham is a thriving village in West Norfolk, mid way between the seaside resort of Hunstanton, affectionately known as ‘Sunny Hunny’ and the medieval port of King’s Lynn with its links to the Hanseatic League. West Norfolk has many visitor attractions including, Royal Sandringham only 1½ miles away, RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, the stately homes of Houghton and Holkham and many outdoor activities including cycle routes, excellent walking, golfing and water sports. Dersingham is also convenient for exploring the wild North Norfolk coast.
