A charming, two bedroomed traditional fisherman’s cottage just 200 metres from the harbour and village pub. Scolt Cottage has been fully renovated, has under floor heating and a wood burning stove. It is furnished to a high standard. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with wood burning stove, leather sofa, TV with DVD and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, built under oven, hob and fridge freezer, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor is the shower room with contemporary handbasin, WC and large shower. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe and TV with DVD. The second bedroom is on the top floor, under the eaves and has 3ft twin beds. A travel cot and high chair are available.

The west facing lawned garden is accessed from the back door across a path and is fully enclosed. There is a summerhouse with patio, a table, chairs and a BBQ, ideal for a relaxing evening.

Scolt Cottage is an ideal destination for couples or families seeking a holiday or short break on the Norfolk coast.
